Details of works

Further to my previous correspondence regarding Knedlington crossroads, I am writing to inform you that we propose some junction radii works on Knedlington Road and Asselby Road to improve visibility at the crossroads.  These works are due to commence week commencing 20th January 2025 under 4-way temporary traffic signals.  I have attached a drawing showing the proposals for your information.

The proposed signing works are still in progress, we have had approval from the landowner to install the posts in their land and now just need to seek formal Council approval and appoint Legal to draw up the paperwork.

The proposed speed limit change is also still in progress and this will be implemented in the new financial year
